Ordering in the UK
If you have a PayPal account and wish to pay this way simply use the 'add to basket' buttons and follow the PayPal screens to place
an order securely. If you wish to pay by cheque please email me the items you would like to order and I will send you an invoice.
(You may still wish to use the PayPal shopping basket to keep track of your order total and P&P costs).

UK P&P
P&P prices are based on order value as detailed below.
Orders up to £9.99 - £1.99
£10.00 to £24.99 - £2.99
£25.00 to £74.99 - £3.99
£75 and over - free
Orders will be sent by Royal Mail First Class.
The only way to insure jewellery being sent through Royal Mail (up to £250) is to use 'Special Next Day' delivery.
'Special Next Day' delivery cost £3.75 extra - please email me for an invoice before paying.
I cannot be held responsible for lost orders Unless sent via 'Special Next Day' delivery.
International P&P

Dispatch
Unless notified otherwise all orders will be dispatched within 48 hours of receiving cleared funds.
Returns
As all items are hand crafted to order I cannot offer exchanges.
Refunds are only issued if there is a fault with the piece.
Items must be returned to me for inspection before a refund will be issued.
Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of order.
Colouring
Please note that whilst I endeveaour to depict the colouring of each piece as accurately as possible variations may occur due to
differences in graphics cards, monitors, settings, resoloution etc. for which I am not responsible.
Design Variation
Very occasionally designs may vary slightly. This is due to some of the beads being handmade and the availability of the beads.
